Responsible for the execution and governance of projects in support of key functional areas. Collaborates with Operations and Information Services teams, and works closely with various lines of business and functional partners to execute the completion of significant, cross-departmental projects.


Directs and manages enterprise-level projects involving multiple business lines which are complex in nature across various topics, including regulatory driven efforts, process efficiency initiatives, mergers & acquisitions, etc. In conjunction with Senior Management or the Project Management Office (PMO), establishes project prioritization and coordinates resource allocation; reports on project progress and recommendations/decisions.


Fulfills duties and responsibilities according to the MidWestOne Project Management Office Charter, including active participation as a member of the Project Management Team.


Recommends and adheres to acquisition and development criteria established by the Project Management Office.


Ensures project management process and standards are followed by providing oversight for the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closing, including ensuring risk management and compliance requirements are met as well as ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.


Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 5 years of program and project management experience.  Minimum of 3 years in the banking or related financial services industry- bank operations preferred.
