This position is primarily responsible for the implementation of all cash management product offerings by the Business Services division at MidWestOne Bank. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Training customers on how to effectively utilize the products in accordance with their business needs, obtaining all necessary account information and documentation from the customer for new service set up as well as supporting the Business Services sales team and Commercial/Ag Bankers with cash management product offering.
High school diploma or equivalent. Secondary education preferred, not required. Minimum three (3) years of banking experience preferred.
Position requires a high degree of accuracy. Familiarity with general computer software. Ability to prioritize and make on-the-spot decisions regarding customer transactions, weighing customer satisfaction issues with Bank exposure to loss or fraud.
