Is responsible for overall customer service care for banking customers including the opening and servicing of deposit accounts and referring other products and services to appropriate banking personnel. Fills in at the various locations in the market at the direction of the Regional Retail Manager. Provides assistance on the Service Associate line as needed. May also be asked to help out with operational duties. Uses EDGE service skills with internal and external customers.
One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
