Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through actively promoting and selling consumer loans in addition to all other deposit accounts and services. Provides financial advice and solutions by exploring the customers current and future needs. Identifies opportunities to connect customers with other business lines to establish a full banking relationship. Performs in a leadership role to assist less experienced Bankers in their development or to meet and resolve customer needs. Actively participates in proactive customer outreach initiatives and community events. May assist with operational duties, including banking transactions, and may fill in at various locations as requested.
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
May be required to register with the NMLS and submit to a criminal background check.
