  • Overview

    Responsible for performing credit analysis and related support for agricultural and commercial credits as well as assisting in various pre-underwriting and post-underwriting functions.  Provides administrative assistance for all lending officers in assigned market. Maintains customer loan documentation, handles customer reports and assists in servicing existing loan accounts.

    • Spreads financial information using Web Equity, the bank’s commercial credit analysis software, as needed.
    • Prepares annual credit reviews for new and existing customers. The reviews would include financial analysis of tax returns, company prepared statements and audits along with any changes that may have occurred since the previous review.
    • Prepares loan reviews for new and existing customers to monitor the credit worthiness, collateral position and loss mitigation of existing customers.
    • Works with lenders to assess total risk pertaining to requests for new or additional credit by new or existing customers, primarily through the analysis of financial statements and credit history.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University in business preferred; or one to three years related experience and/or training in agricultural or commercial lending, credit analysis, regulatory role; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
