Processes loan documentation, handles customer requests and assists in servicing existing loan accounts. Provides research and support for loan requests and assist maintaining document structure within software. Designs, maintains, and pulls reports. Requests credit reports, flood certifications, lien searches, appraisals, and title opinions.
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
