Is responsible for administrative support of Operations Departments, including Loan Operations, Deposit Operations, and Service Center. Greets and directs customers and clients as they come into the bank, answering questions, providing information, and directing them to the appropriate area. Uses EDGE service skills with internal and external customers. Assists with operational support of other areas occasionally.
-Directing clients and guests to appropriate areas
-Signing for deliveries made by Federal Express, Airborne, UPS, etc.
-Signing for abstracts delivered to the bank from attorneys and abstract companies
-Completing log for registered mail
-Opening & closing duties for the building
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
