  • Overview

    Is responsible for administrative support of Operations Departments, including Loan Operations, Deposit Operations, and Service Center. Greets and directs customers and clients as they come into the bank, answering questions, providing information, and directing them to the appropriate area. Uses EDGE service skills with internal and external customers. Assists with operational support of other areas occasionally.

    Responsibilities

    • Accesses company’s document imaging system to review scanned documents for accuracy daily.
    • Reconciles various internal general ledger and DDA’s monthly.
    • Accesses daily branch capture reports and validates transactions against core system.
    • Reviews core system daily reports to validate loan data on core system and resolves exceptions as needed.
    • Stuffs various notices for mailings.
    • Manages front desk of One Place building, including

    -Directing clients and guests to appropriate areas 

    -Signing for deliveries made by Federal Express, Airborne, UPS, etc.

    -Signing for abstracts delivered to the bank from attorneys and abstract companies

    -Completing log for registered mail

    -Opening & closing duties for the building

    • Assists with recording minutes for various committee meetings
    • Provides administrative support for internal systems related to electronic banking channels.
    • Assists with special projects within Operations Departments.
    • Provides support to other lines of business as needed.
    • Other duties may be assigned

    Qualifications

    High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
