Oversees the management of the branch facility to ensure that effective staffing, security, operations, customer service, and business development efforts are in place. Helps manage mix of sales, service, and operational responsibilities of office staff. Solicits and develops new business through proactive efforts and walk-in activities, retail and small commercial. Is responsible for the branch facility's budget: planning and managing to approved expenses and cost controls, and meeting revenue projections. Experience with mortgage, commercial, and retail banking would be beneficial
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
May be required to register with the NMLS and submit to a criminal background check.
