  • Overview

    Oversees the management of the branch facility to ensure that effective staffing, security, operations, customer service, and business development efforts are in place. Helps manage mix of sales, service, and operational responsibilities of office staff. Solicits and develops new business through proactive efforts and walk-in activities, retail and small commercial. Is responsible for the branch facility's budget: planning and managing to approved expenses and cost controls, and meeting revenue projections. Experience with both commercial and retail banking would be beneficial.

    Responsibilities

Is responsible for the branch facility's budget: planning and managing to approved expenses and cost controls, and meeting revenue projections. Retail Banking experience is required and commercial banking experience would be beneficial.

       

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university and 2 years of Retail Banking experience and training; or equivalent combination of 5 years of education and Retail Banking experience. 

     

     

    May be required to register with the NMLS and submit to a criminal background check.
