  • Overview

    We are looking for a BSA Administrator for our Forest Lake location.

    This position is responsible for the preparation of Currency Transaction Reports (CTR) for timely filing. Accountable for the CTR exemption process. Investigates electronic transactions for suspicious activity and maintains the monetary instrument log.


    • Responsible for monitoring and preparation of Currency Transaction Reports (CTR) for timely filing
      1. Review daily cash consolidation / Currency Transaction by Tax ID report
      2. Review daily Currency Transaction Reports from EZTeller
      3. Track and report CTR errors
      4. Identify suspicious activity involving cash and submit for further investigation
      5. Assist with CTR correspondence and any necessary corrections
      6. Maintenance of the CTR database in EZTeller
    • Responsible for CTR exemption process
      1. Perform initial and annual account eligibility activity reviews
      2. Prepare Designation of Exempt Person form and gather applicable documentation
      3. Maintain exempt customer documentation files
      4. Maintain the CTR exemption list and EZTeller exceptions
    • Review reports involving electronic banking transactions to monitor for suspicious activity or fraud.
    • Review of Monetary Instrument Report for adherence to bank policy and retention of information required for BSA recordkeeping.
    • Review prepaid card purchases and reloads for suspicious activity or fraud.
    • Review checks issued by the Trust Department for compliance.

    In conjunction with the BSA Officer, monitors and enforces BSA policies and procedures



    High school degree or equivalent with some related work experience


    Some post-high school education is preferred in the area of business or communications or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
