Develop and maintain account relationships with new and existing customers through actively promoting and selling bank products and services. Spends majority of time establishing deposit accounts and retail services, resolving complaints and concerns related to these, and making appropriate referrals to other business lines. Will conduct banking transactions as needed. Performs in a leadership role to assist less experienced staff in their development or to meet and resolve customer needs. Provides assistance with branch operations and proactive customer outreach initiatives and participates in community events. May fill in at various locations at direction of Regional Manager.
High School Diploma, Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
