This position is an entry-level Deposit Operations role focused on support for the quality control of the Bank’s account/portfolio maintenance process and performing the necessary tasks and research to ensure alignment with department policies and procedures.  

Responsibilities

  • Assures compliance with all Bank policies and procedures as well as applicable state and federal banking regulations while performing all job responsibilities.
  • Performs the following File Maintenance Review duties on a daily basis:
    • Reviews all documents and maintenance changes completed by Deposit Operations on the Bank’s core operating system after requests have been processed, ensuring that the correct codes were updated, and the requests were accurately fulfilled.
    • Reviews changes made in Shazam and BillPay to ensure the accuracy of the information.
    • Documents any errors identified during the review process.
    • Review all core changes made by Deposit Operations staff to ensure proper documentation is obtained and reviewed.
  • Works on special projects as assigned which ensure that work is executed and delivered within required timeframes.
  • Assists with other miscellaneous departmental duties, which includes providing back-up for other roles.
  • Assists with the review and update of procedures for the File Maintenance Review support role on an annual basis.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Post high school education preferred or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
  • In addition to education, prefer 1 year of experience in a support-related role. 
  • Banking or financial experience is preferred.
