This position is responsible for a variety of office/clerical tasks involving expertise regarding the operational and in some instances the internal customer support for the Bank’s CIP check back process. This area also needs to understand how accounts and portfolios are set up, how maintenance affects those set-ups, have a clear understanding of account ownership, and understand our bank CIP requirements as they relate to account set-up.

Post high school education preferred or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
In addition to education, prefer 1 year of experience in a support-related role.
Banking or financial experience is preferred.
