Overview

The intern is responsible for contributing to various marketing and promotional initiatives to achieve maximum marketing asset integration and effectiveness. Performs general marketing assignments. Provides a variety of support and assistance relating to marketing department projects and events.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with cataloging marketing, advertising, signage, and internal communications materials to support a broad brand strategy refresh for the bank.
  • Create a Social Media platform recommendation for specific audiences
  • Works with stakeholders to create Hawkeye NIL strategy & activation plan
  • Assists with planning and execution for Rock the Chalk, MidWestOne Bank’s signature community event.
  • Other duties will be assigned based on areas of interest and marketing team needs

Qualifications

  • High school degree or equivalent with some related work experience.

  • Pursuing marketing/communications career path preferred
