The Business Banking Loan Servicing Representative provides administrative and clerical support for commercial bankers for all Business Banking Credit Center loans. 

Responsibilities

  • Establishes electronic commercial loans files for commercial bankers.
  • Requests and reviews CIP documentation, credit reports, escrow, abstracts, title opinions, appraisals, and flood certifications.
  • Requests and reviews hazard and flood insurance policies and determines proper coverage.
  • Perfection of title, liens, and mortgages and reconcilement of fees associated.
  • Responsible for loan disbursement and related activities.
  • Assists bankers with compliance and policy requirements.
  • Performs checkback for accuracy of elevated risk documentation/security instruments.
  • Inputs, updates, and reviews data/reports from the document imaging system. This includes scanning and converting file documentation. 
  • Be the subject matter expert in the application process in order to assist a seamless experience for our customers both external and internal.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
  • One to three years of previous banking or financial institution experience required.

Compensation

Hiring Pay Range: $20-$27/hour

The starting pay range for this position is commensurate with experience. The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
