The role focuses on building oversight, mailing and shipping services, office supply management, maintenance coordination, and management of vendor contracts. The responsibilities include acting as a liaison between employees and outside contractors. This position focuses on managing administrative tasks while coordinating facilities-related activities to maintain a safe, efficient, and productive work environment. This position involves coordinating day-to-day facilities management, supporting high-level operations and ensuring optimal workplace experience for employees, executives, and visitors.
